This is what I see and feel, glycine however is likely doing a lot more as well in terms of improving soft tissues etc. For the effect you might want to consider taking it with a form of AKG and ensure you have enough Vit C. This truly a health and a beauty product (in my case not as effective as a paper bag but, you know, it can only do so much). It's also cheaper and more effective than many cosmetic products as well as easier to use. A scoop of this and a scoop of Ca-AKG (different sized scoops of course) in a small glass of water tastes a little reminiscent of milk. The Glycine powder looks a lot like granulated sugar and also has a sweet taste.

Combined with magnesium it really helps me get a good night's sleep.Good value

This glycine is white and granular and similar looking to white sugar. It also tastes slightly sweet, making it easy to consume by mixing into a drink or sprinkling onto a dessert.There is no dosage spoon included in the pack. However, the packet's recommended dose suggests taking 0.7-2 grams on an empty stomach 1-2 times a day. Where 1 level teaspoon = 2 grams of glycine.The seal on the bag is functional but not the best, so I'd suggest transferring to a labelled container to ensure that the contents stay sealed and dry.The 1 Kg bag I purchased had a long best before day of well over 2 years!I use a level teaspoon of glycine mixed in a protein shake as part of a recovery drink for the 5 days a week that I am working and walking just over 10 miles in a day.Based on the recommended dosage, this 1Kg bag should last around a year, making it excellent value.Research on taking glycine suggests amongst many things that the body uses it to heal cartilage and keep joints healthy as well as improving muscle function and reducing recovery time. Having suffered a torn medial meniscus on both knees at different times in the past led me to seek out what I could do to maintain and preserve what I have. I have to say I’m not sure about this stuff,1 tso in hot water, does help to get you off to sleep, but the next day I felt woozy for most of the day, if I try it again I will take it much earlier in the day, and or take less

Got this to help reduce my Cortisol levels during breastfeeding, and when I took it before bed it helped me go to sleep and stay asleep. Which was an unexpected yet pleasant result. Its easy to take, just mix in water. And the taste is pleasant as it’s sweet.Will definitely recommend the powder as it’s excellent value for money.

This has the look, consistency and taste of granulated sugar. So if you like sweet tastes this will be for you. Easily added to most things or just taken from a spoon and washed down with a drink. It’s one of the only supplements I have taken that I have noticed a marked difference in my well-being. It’s been great for me for sleep. It makes me feel far more chilled and relaxed. I now go to sleep quickly, and sleep right through the night, but best of all wake up feeling energised rather than tired. I’m over 50 and didn’t sleep easily previously. This is not only an essential amino acid it’s become an essential supplement for me.
