Great hybrid usage monitor (work/gaming)
I use this as my main monitor that switches between work and gaming. 4K resolution is important for work, and high refresh rate is important for gaming. KVM switch feature lets me switch between my gaming PC and work laptop seamlessly, and the USB-C DP port allows charging my laptop as well, reducing clutter on my desk. I was debating between this and a similar ASUS monitor with dual-mode, but while the picture quality areas are similar, the KVM and USB-C features won me over.

Perfect 4K 27" for work/gaming!
Upgraded from an office-focused 4k60hz to this for console use at my desk. After reducing the reds down by 2, this monitor has been perfect. I personally prefer the 4k resolution @ 27" for the higher pixel density. Having 65W USBC provides easy connection to my work laptop and gaming handheld. The interface is very easy to use, has multiple usbC points to share my wiressless mouse/keyboard. I wanted the top of the line 4k 27 IPS and I strongly believe this is it.

Inaccurate item description - NO SPEAKER
The listing is misleading saying the monitor has a SPEAKER. It does not have a speaker, it only has a standard headphone jack. There are no audio controls whatsoever for adjusting the volume.

Best 4K 160Hz Gaming/Productivity Monitor?
Excellent monitor build and image quality except the setup and customer service experience wasn’t what I expected. If you want to enable KVM and Power Delivery on this monitor, be sure to plug the USB B to A header into your machine and also check the monitor setting to enable Power Delivery so that charging and displaying works. The customer service on MSI end wasn’t patient on my end but Amazon did their best to help. I have to knock a star off due to the MSI incompetence. Hopefully their customer service experience improves.

Great for all around use
I needed another monitor for my setup and it delivers on everything I needed. The color accuracy is better than I would've have thought. The brightness makes the colors pop out. Also, the refresh rate and resolution makes gaming on console and pc viable.

Most color accurate monitor in the market!
I’ve been desperately looking for something that I could play games on and watch movies with for the longest time— and this product delivered. I’ve always had to tweak the gamma, contrast, and saturation on monitors that I’ve used in the past but didn’t need to with this one out of the box. Highly recommend.

Sharp image but some problems
It's so sharp it's almost distracting. I keep staring at the text and being distracted by how sharp/clean the lines are. I can definitely tell the difference between native 1440p and 4k on 27 inch. There will be some that will say that you can't notice the difference. It depends on your eyesight I would say. I can tell the difference especially when comparing to the 1440p 2nd monitor. The image is much sharper. In games, for Steam, I use 4k on games that my GPU (4070 ti super) can process. On other games I use something called "Lossless Scaling" that can be downloaded from Steam. This lets me use 1440p in games and make it look sharp like I'm playing on a native 1440p monitor. It can also do other resolutions. The monitor is great, good detail and sharpness. The only thing I'm confused about is the quantum dot. I don't really notice this super good color reproduction compared to the standard. The thing to note about this monitor is that people will likely have to change its setting using the button on the back. The settings it comes out with is not very good. Mine was set to very low brightness and warm color profile. After a change, the screen is brighter and the contrast and color are better.---**UpdateThere were a couple of problems with this monitor that didn't appear until later. The first problem was with my Displayport connection on the monitor. After the first day of use, the DP connection didn't receive anymore signal. I had to use HDMI connection. Then the HDMI 1 port kept blanking out with no signal every few minutes. The blank out lasted around 10 seconds then the monitor comes back on.I switched to HDMI 2 and its been fine ever since. The other thing that isn't really a con/downside but I forgot to mention. You have to configure the monitor's color/image settings to get the best picture quality. Mine came factory default with a strong red tint to everything. I had to reduce "red" in color temperature by 4-5 points. Then I changed contrast level to 66 which makes the blacks appear sharper. After all of that, the monitor became really good image quality. But the fact that the DP port doesn't work anymore, I removed 2 stars. No other monitor I've bought had this problem.

No QD-OLED No Problem
This is probably the best priced 4K gaming monitor at sub-$450. At 27” almost all monitor arms fit it, so don’t even need to use the stand. It’s also a 4K resolution 27” display which is harder to come buy since most are 4K 32”. Personally, I like the 27” size more since bigger isn’t always better. 32” strains my eyes for some reason. This model also has Tyoe-C with power delivery, so when I’m using my Mac for work, I can actually charge and display as a second monitor, or sometimes I just charge my phone too. Also since it’s a Quantum Dot display, it looks amazing in terms of color accuracy. It might not be the same as Quantum Dot OLED, but it’s honestly hard to tell unless you’re looking at really dark colors.
