This a beautifully laid out guide to home remedies! It's perfect for anyone that is interested in home remedies including beginners. The book is laid out be sections and the recipes are easy to follow. I tried some of the recipes myself and they did help. I look forward to using it in the future as well!

I found this book helpful in effective herbal remedies using most items found at home. I enjoyed the resources and facts provided throughout the book, providing the reader with additional information needed to help elevate health issues and concerns. This was SO GOOD! It was full of so much information! I’m a big fan of trying things holistically ever since my Hashimoto’s thyroiditis diagnosis after my daughter was born, I’ve looked into more natural remedies. This book has everything! Melissa Corkhill did a wonderful job discussing all the wonderful properties of so many plants. I especially liked how thorough she was in the plant profile of all the plants she suggested. I find myself wishing for a hardcopy because I know I will be referencing this book often, especially with having two growing kids. I would easily recommend this book to family and friends!I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a copy.
