This is the best best best almond milk! The fact that it is minimal ingredients doubles its appeal.Not only is it quite tasty alone but it also makes amazing Matcha Lattes! I use a Breville electric frother and this makes the lightest and creamiest froth I have ever had.It does cost a lot and now that I am retired, I won't be able to buy it.Maybe if I could find it locally the price would be more affordable. I will always be on the lookout for it.It is so delicious.

Anyone who knows how to make almond milk knows perfectly well that "milk separation" is not a problem and that it is 100% NORMAL because it is NATURAL.. It means that the milk does not have any strange EMULSIFIERS or preservatives.-. Your problem about "milk separation" can be solve if you "SHAKE IT" (just like it says on the package)I'm not going to deny that it is expensive... but it is very difficult for me to consume normal "milk", I am trying to be far away of this... So I always try to find coconut milk or almond milk.This is the first ALMOND milk (apart from the one I make at home) that I consume and IT DOESN'T MAKES ME FEEL BLOWED OR uncomfortable.. Other brands are full of preservatives, emulsifiers and other bad things... Those Almonds milks make me feel super bad with myself.. ONE of the reasons (there are several) why I don't drink "regular" milk is because I try to stay away from the fake calcium fortification they put in it. And when you try to find almond milk with another brands you find that they are also adding calcium and the same as regular milk...Hey peeps, this Almond milk has everything that you need and it's taste like homemade. I wuv you Mooala n_n It would be great if they make some yogurt now but without GMO seeds (like corn)

Updated:I've been reordering this now for some time and I haven't run into the issues I had in the past. Rather, I now see more bits of almond in my milk. Like it's less strained than it used to be. Still an amazing brand and outstanding outreach and customer service.Original Review:Summary, 1 of the 6 boxes was so watery it was clear, if they were consistent I would be all over this product, amazing taste, and color when they deliver 😋I live in a small town, so I don't have access to healthy alternatives to the American standards of food production. I try to avoid all additional preservatives, and sugars. I was so excited when I found a shelf stable almond milk with only 3 ingredients!I ordered right away! Let me tell you, they definitely didn't disappoint at first. Smooth and strong in color. It was short lived. The last box was just water, extremely separated. I ended up throwing it out. I don't mind the price if I could get them to be like the first 5 boxes!

first-this arrived in a mailer bag that stunk but i thought it would be o.k. sicne it's sealed in the carton-i drank this for 3 days and i realize now it's why i started feeling strange-some stomach discomfort-belching and i NEVER belch and then, i got sick as a dog as in 'going to the bathroom' and thinking you're going to die-that never happens either and just now-i poured a carton of this out in to the sink and CLUMPS of white all over-gross to think thats in my body whatever it is.

I tried steaming this milk for an espresso drink, but it didn’t work well—it produced thin, watery foam that didn’t blend nicely with the espresso. The texture was flat, and it was impossible to make latte art. If you want good steamed milk, I’d recommend looking for a barista blend instead.
