Great bundle for a sourdough beginner!
This is a great beginner bundle. Quality products. Love the Danish Whisk. I would recommend this 100% to a sourdough newbie. Great bang for your buck! When I started my sourdough journey I didn’t want to invest too much. This product, a silicon sling and some plastic proofing covers were all I have purchased.

Good value for a starter kit.
Great deal if you're getting into sourdough bread making. I just with that the bread lame had a different / better blade guard. That tiny leatherette pouch does not fit tight and will slip right off leaving the blade exposed in the drawer. I did have to take off some burrs from the edges of the metal dough scraper with some 400 grit sandpaper, but that only took about 5 minutes of sanding. Very minimal. Otherwise, its a good deal. We like the design templates also.

Every piece is top quality
