I bought this as it is cruelty free and vegan. It goes on easily and gives good coverage (I’ve got long hair (half way down back although not thick) and it’s plenty. The colour is really natural looking and nobody could even tell I dyed my hair as it’s not a harsh, noticeable colour. I use it every few months all over because my roots grow though, and you can never see any difference in shade all the way through. Easy for even the most novice of users.

Left my hair soft and shiny. Vanilla blonde. Will buy again. Lovely colour.

The solution is quite thick, so no drips, and is applied reasonably well with gloved hands, then combed through with a wide tooth comb (not supplied).The product is a refill kit, not the tub as pictured. The instructions show a bowl which is not included. There is no labelling on the colour & I'm not convinced it's the colour I ordered 6.0 Mochaccino, looks redder more like the 5.0 Coffee Roast Brown. The instructions are in very small print, even with glasses on I used a magnifying glass to make it easier. The colour is lasting well after 3 weeks, but my hair has taken on a growth spurt so my poliosis (Mallen) streak is starting to show already.

absolutely terrible. order arrived and all looked good correct product etc. mixed dye and popped it on and left for instructed time and washed off. To my absolute horror my hair was bleached a orangey colour and not the chocolate brown i expected? Rushing to retrieve the packaging again i double checked and packing said it was the brown i ordered. i then noticed on the actual pouch of dye it didn’t have a shade name just a number, googling the number it transpires the dye was ash blonde! i am so cross that the wrong dye was in the correct outer packaging and that actually there is no name on the pouch of dye just a number, if it had said the name of dye colour i would have realised that a mistake had been made!

No mixing bowl in flat box. That was first disappointment.I went for the mochachino 6 to get back to my original colour to go grey gracefully. ( I've been red for 20 plus years) sadly it's more a witchy black.Plus side it's easy to apply and the smell is gorgeous and the conditioner leaves the hair really soft.Would I use it again probably not. If you are going red or bold then great the colours are vibrant but if you are trying to match your own hair or want a particular shade be aware its much darker than you may expect.

Firstly, for those who flick through reviews before buying, this product is a replen kit NOT the starter kit (noticed a lot of reviews complaining about not getting the bowl and it coming flat packed, this is why)Good product, easy to use, covers grey well and lasts so definitely recommend.

Vanilla blonde. First time when I bought this and came, after using was perfect, loved the colour, second time, went towards orange and third time even worse. My beautiful blond colour, is light orange now!And the subscription was more expensive when I had it done🙄

The only thing that's missing out of my kit is the actual mixing bowl other than that everything else is correct and I look forward to the next time I get this product
