GRE The Official Guide to the Revised General Test with CD-ROM, Second Edition

Never really got to use it as I didn't study in the US so have left a neutral review

Brilliant guide... Could do with meanings of words in verbal reasoning answers. Might need a bit more background revision for quantitative reasoning than provided in math review. But brilliant book and very well put together.

Great book, much better than the one from Princeton Review which is full of bulls***. I took the GRE twice, once after working through the Princeton Review and once after working through this book. Second time my score saw an increase of 65%. I do have to say though that the questions on the quantitative part of the test seemed to be noticeably harder than the ones in the book.

Advanced English learners only. Not meant to teach English. Students should already be proficient in English before they start using this book. Has an abundance of realistic material...

I got it for my son who is applying for masters degree in USA and he had few days before the exam to learn about the GRE. He went through the book over four days then went to the exam in London. He has scored very high scores which was needed at the MIT ! The book was of great help.

It's ok. Some pages printed are not very clear.

Illustration is in detail, but more practice for writing would be better.Overall , it's a readable guide book for GRE candidate.

Highly recommend Kaplan products for GMAT and GRE. I have used both books, as my only study material for each exam. Their free tools (obtained by purchasing the book) are great for practice. Guaranteed results.
