Got this kit at a great price - before the price went up by $20!The contents were well packaged and did contain all the hardware needed.My suggestion is that the manufacturer could improve their service by labeling the screws and nuts to help identify which is which. Also the kit could use stronger torque servos instead of the supplied servosThe package arrived without an installation manual however on contacting the manufacturer they sent a very well written manual which helped to ensure an easy assemblyEven at the new higher price, this kit is a good buy

Decent quality metal parts to build robotic arms with, this is great but no directions on assembly

I knew that it came without instructions when I bought it. I was able to find instructions for a similar item on the Internet and got it put together without too many difficulties. It does what it is supposed to do and the parts are well made. Overall, I'm happy with it. It is a good deal for the price.

The channels and servo supports are solid, but with the weight of the slightly sloppy gripper, they overwhelm the holding power of the servos. No instructions are included, and sticker was applied over the image on the box.

Much stronger than other arms I have put together before
