WhatI dislike is that it is very expensive. WhatI do like is that because I don’t particularly enjoy drinking water, this helps me. I prefer it ice cold.

I like how easy it is to use and the variety of flavors and no sugar. I use it to hydrate after workouts and as a chilled beverage
