Really seems to help with hormone imbalances
I have to admit I hate the taste of Maca, on or in anything, so I just force myself to down it in a glass of water. And the reason I do this is because I suffer with terrible pmt symptoms and period pains and Maca is the only thing that seems to help. I've tried hormone pills prescribed by doctors and these may help with some things but have other unwanted side effects. Maca does not give you hormones, it helps your body to regulate it's hormones naturally so I guess that's why it works. I feel so much healthier when I take Maca.
