7" Side Mount Motorcycle Custom Vintage Headlight Assembly with Bronze Grill - Gloss Black Rim - Clear Lens - H4 Halogen Bulb

The lamp is as beautiful as the product photos depict. Assembly was a snap ( literally and figuratively).So many reviews stating it took them an hour to assemble. Well, the bulb and grill assembly go into the bezel in a sandwich. Line everything up so it displays properly on the bike and held very securely by spring clamps on the backside. If you haven't assembled a sealed beam before, look up some old time instructions or disassemble your existing headlamp first for reference.The only thing lacking on my example was the final polish on the headlamp shell. I assume totally acceptable for 99.9% of the purchasing community but I polished the swirls out of mine before final installation.Sealed beam origin I am guessing is china. Since it's a real halogen ( filament) bulb you should keep a spare on the shelf.Bottom line you can't go wrong for the $$

Instead of wondering why everyone else thinks it's a difficult set up, I'll tell you what to do to set this up:- Install your first spring clamp: there are 4 in a little bag along with 2 screws. You install them in the outer ring that's detached from the main housing by putting one leg up into a little folded over ridge and the rounded parts then go up against the opposite side of the inner part of the ring. Pull the other leg over so it goes up under the ridge as well and you should now have it braced up against the ring with the little hook sticking out. Put the grill into the ring followed by the light.- With both the light and grill in the ring, insert the other clamps the same way around the light. Make sure your light stays seated correctly after each one, apply pressure with the light against the other clamps to keep them in.- The rest is self explanatory but once all clamps are in and holding your light + grill, line the ring up to the housing with the wires pulled through the hole til the 2 screw holes line up with the little arms and screw them in.

Just an awful design. No video link on how to install so you will struggle to figure out how to put in the clips that even the company agrees is difficult to install. After almost losing an eye trying to install the clips and one shooting out, I threw in the towel and started the return process. Completely disappointing.

It came in a pretty big box with lots of bubble wrap and papper. Each and every peace was very well wrapped. And the whole thing is beautiful the copper is a wonderful accent. Its going to look wonderful on me bike going for a nice steampunck look and this is perfect. It was sum assembly it took about 10 minutes and a Phillips screwdriver. Looks like 12mm bolts on the sides if I had to guess the glossy sheen is... ooohhh it's beautiful. I love how big it is I wouldn't want anything smaller. I'll add an update if I can when I get it mounted and I know how bright it is.

I love the look of the product. I like the fact that it’s all metal. I like that the housing is big enough for all my wires. What I didn’t like was the fact that my housing was bent. The pic is not to bad because I had already bent it back some. To be fair not sure if it left that way or happened in transit. Either way it was bent.

This is hands down the best headlight I could have purchased. It's gorgeous and makes my bike look sexy af. Bucket is metal and headlight is glass. Not plastic crap. Will buy again for my xs400

Product and finish is excellent. However, there was no mounting bracket for the actual headlight itself and the bolts ended up being a little short once all peices fit. I was not satisfied
