Lovely watch
Love this watch does everything it says it does. I bought it to replace my other smart watch after I lost it. I couldn’t answer phone calls on my old one so I find this brilliant the speakers are really good and clear when talking. I did read a review regarding the step counter saying it wasn’t very accurate but I have counted steps and checked with my watch and it’s been exactly what I’d counted so I think it’s fine. The app is really easy to use too and depending on what notifications or how many calls you use it you watch for depends on how long the battery lasts for. The extra straps are a bonus too Wound definitely recommend this watch the price is fantastic compared to other expensive brand watches and it does everything they do.

So far so good.
I’m so far very impressed. It looks amazing and is easy to use. In the box is a thank you note containing a 12 month warranty and free gift, three easy to change straps and easy to follow instructions. I am so pleased with how easy the watch has been to set up and I think it’s going to be really useful.

Didn’t even last a year, stopped working at 11 months
Loved this watch but then after 11 months stopped working, brought a new charger but didn’t help

Battery life poor and after sales service bad
I bought this in August 22 and for the price thought it served its purpose. One year later, the way it monitored my walking changed and I couldn't find a way to monitor it. Eventually I worked out it was just adding steps to daily steps and just a graph showed steps. The battery would not hold a charge, now it doesn't last a day. I wrote to ask advice but have not had a reply which is really poor customer service. I wasn't asking for my money back just advice on the programme change and battery charge but seems once you have bought it they don't care. After sales non existent so be wary of buying.

Great watch does all that is required, although I haven’t been able to replace damaged lead so when that brakes I’ll have no way of changing it.
