I bought these ear pads for my work headset. They are good quality. They are on the bigger size. 2 inches by 2 inches. The ear pads are designed to fit over an ear piece. My headset ear pieces were not that big so I left the old crummy padding on them and slipped the ear pads over them and they fit fine. I can hear my phone calls fine and they are comfortable.

This is a quality product however, the pads were too big for my earphones. After speaking to the Amazon Customer Care Rep, they assisted me in choosing the correct size. I will be re-ordering a smaller pair of pads when I return the larger pads back.
