This is my favorite brand of collagen peptides. It was one of the first ones I ever saw out on the market. I add it to my coffee every morning and it does not change the flavor of my coffee and it does not make it gritty or change the texture of my coffee. I have tried other brands, but I always come back to vital proteins. I recommend to add this to your daily nutrition regimen. It’s great for your skin and nails, helps with wrinkles and hormonal balance. Of course, there are other collagens on the market that are organic and grass fed, which are much more expensive. However, this is the best value collagen.I also love that it dissolves fully into whatever you add to.

This product dissolves easily and mixes well in any liquid. I mixed it with water because other reviews stated that the powder was completely tasteless, however, I find that it has a HORRIBLE taste and smell when mixed with plain water. Once mixed with another powdered water flavoring, the taste was almost completely masked and I was able to drink it. I will update my review if there are any noticeable health benefits from use.

Love this collagen powder. I mix it in with my morning smoothie. Helps with some of my joint pain, my family has a long history of degenerative joint disease. I’m a nurse on my feet all day that suffers with some lower back pain and knee pain from walking so much and transferring/repositioning patients all the time. Also have noticed a difference in my hair and nails. Added benefit of some additional protein in my diet to help replenish muscles. Dissolves in hot liquids easily. Wouldn’t recommend mixing with cold liquids except in smoothie. I have mixed it with yogurts before and it mixes decently.
