Works great, power injection is flawless with the stock Quest 2 charger. Keeps my battery level very high even during hours-long PCVR sessions. Right angle cable makes it easy to lash to an aftermarket headband with some velcro for strain relief and to keep it out of the way. Just be sure to follow the directions the first time around and connect each part in the proper sequence. The only issue I had was disregarding the sequence; followed the directions and it immediately worked. Good quality cable: thick and very kink resistant; coils well. The length is really helpful, too.I was able to get MUCH better quality with this than with AirLink, even standing right next to the router with the PC on gigabit ethernet.It states that it doesn't support 120hz refresh rate, but if you can get that kind of frame rate at full resolution, kudos to you and your 4090. Buy a more expensive cable, I guess? I have a 3090, and I still don't anticipate this being an issue.After trying a half dozen cables and not getting the green check in the Rift software, this is the one.

The 16FT Link Cable for Quest works perfectly and is a great alternative to the more expensive options. It connects seamlessly and provides excellent performance during gameplay. The length is perfect for movement, and it's durable, all at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable link cable for their Quest.

As the title mentions, I have had this cable for about a year now, and it's been such a nice addition to my quest that I use PC VR now, more then the Standalone quest itself.So, first things first, this cable is definitely much better if you have some sort of set-up/pulley system allowing your cable to be suspended above the ground. Over this past year, the cable has had issues where the USB port bends from the amount of movement you have when in PC VR, whether you notice it or not. If you're not careful, that USB can bend and break, causing your cable to go kaput. So use a pulley system, or be careful with it if you're extending the cord out to it's full length, because it's really easy to forget your cord's plugged into a PC.The actual charging while you use it is actually freaking amazing. It's just as advertised, and I have been able to fall asleep in PC VR and through Oculus link, and stay in VR for over 8 HOURS. I have had no issues with the battery on my Quest 2 either when I use it on it's own. Any USB C cable works, by the way, I use a 6ft one that works great for when I want when more movement, especially since you have to plug the thing into ANOTHER plug, so invest in a really long USB C cord so you can have that flexibility.I think the overall biggest Con, is generally the fact you have to plug two things in for it to work. The actual USBC, and then the USB into the computer for the link. If you're not too big into cords in the way, it may be best to stick with Virtual Desktop or Oculus Air Link while charging your quest, so you only have one cord. An alternative to that, is to invest in the aforementioned pulley system, because it keeps wires nice and neat, out of the way, and saves the stress of pulling your cord too hard on your PC.TLDR; Works fantastic as advertised; If you want more movement range, get a long USB C; invest in a pulley system so you don't have wires in the way or pull too hard on the USB cord.

Quick setup, nothing confusing. A great cable with a high bitrate and charging speed.One thing to address though: If you don’t have zip ties or something to attach the cable to the meta quest 3s back strap, the cable might get in the way. The cable is thicker than others and will weigh your vr headset down on the side you’re plugged into. Just make sure you don’t stretch the cable too far, or it’ll feel even more heavy.

EDIT:So after contacting customer support, which was extremely slow to respond, they sent me a replacement cable which took much longer to ship than it did when Amazon shipped it. After opening up the new replacement, I plugged it in following the EXACT instructions on the package to a T. But it still ONLY functioned as a link cable, and did not charge my headset after going down to 78%. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, as I've seen people say it works plus Youtube videos. I'm going to email customer support again to see if they can offer any help, but I doubt it. In my opinion, AVOID BUYING THIS PRODUCT.ORIGINAL REVIEW:So I bought this for my Quest 2 as it dies fairly quickly while playing on PCVR. The package arrived in a baggy which had instructions for first time use, but I didn't see this at first as there is two sides of the bag, of which the instructions were not displayed on the side I was looking at. I continued to plug in my cable, apparently in the wrong specific order that it wanted, and it connected to my PC perfectly fine, but I noticed that it charged for around 5 seconds before activating link, and then it just stopped charging.I played for a couple hours and my headset drained to 17%, so I decided that the cable wasn't working. I took to google for answers, and found a few suggestions on reddit. I found I was playing with 120hz enabled so I disabled that, and still no charge. Then they suggested that I need to below 20% battery before the charging will kick in, but that didn't work. Eventually my headset died while looking for answers.Finally, on Reddit I saw someone say that if you don't follow the "First Use Instructions" properly, then you will more than likely brick the smart chip in the cable. I was so confused because I didn't see the instructions and I didn't even know there was any, until I flipped my bag looking for answers and saw the instructions. If you can seriously break your cable just by plugging it in the wrong way then this is the BIGGEST waste of money I have ever spent.So now, I essentially have a glorified link cable that stretches to 16 feet but does not charge. Now I have to go return the product and I'll have to wait at least a week before I'll be able to receive my refund and buy from a different brand. This is beyond frustrating.I have emailed customer support, so I will edit this review if anything changes with their response.
