my son helped me reach up in the fender to install :) just held in position and install the clip. works great. if i ever loose one, i'll order again.

Update!
Fits but the c clamp is plastic..Edit: After writing this review and originally rating 3 stars I got a replacement in the mail within about 2 weeks that I was not expecting. This was followed up by a very nice correspondence from the seller. Very happy!

Plastic broke.
The plastic retaining clip broke. Should use a metal one. Don't buy this.Update: Very good customer service. They have offered to send me a replacement and are going to look at the manufacturing process. Perhaps I just got unlucky and got a bad piece.

Will not thread
The threads are not cut correctly. Look at the photo, in the hole the threads are not fully cut.I cannot thread a 1/4 20 bolt into it.Useless.
