I ordered this water bottle for my 4th gr son for school at the very end of March. Unfortunately, it got knocked off his desk at school a couple weeks ago and as you can see in the pictures, the bottom broke. He said water went everywhere! We did like the bottle before as it is smaller and fit nicely in his backpack side pocket. He is also pretty upset that he put his new stickers on it and now he is out a water bottle and his stickers. Unless you can guarantee the bottle won't get dropped, I would recommend looking for a different option. On the plus side, it was pretty easy to wash and never once leaked.**Updated 6.1.22 - I have updated my review to share that I am impressed with the customer satisfaction guarantee offered by the manufacture. I understand that things can happen, but the fact that they reached out to me to correct the problem was unexpected. I appreciate the extra effort and feel it should provide peace of mind that they stand behind their water bottle.

Had bottle two days and it dropped. The bottom shattered. Water bottles do fall, it never should have cracked. Amazon was great issuing a refund.Update: Sellers reached out and sent replacement. They went out of their way to rectify problem. Issue with water bottle shattering has been resolved. Great customer service.

My daughter loved this cup, and I did too! It was easy to clean and open and drink from. And I loved the extra cap with the infuser! But it's not very durable. My husband was getting my daughter out of the car and the strap slipped through her fingers so the bottle hit the cement. The bottom shattered and all of the water poured out. I'm very disappointed we paid $16 for it to shatter like that.Update:Contacted seller and they quickly sent a replacement!

Our kid is notorious for spilling her drink and not bothering to clean -this bottle has all but eliminated spills from her - I like that the suction is not affected when drinking like with other spill proof systems

These water bottles are disappointing. They FEEL cheap. The moment I picked it up, I knew it couldn’t go in the dishwasher. Given the cost compared to a two pack of 14 oz contigo cups ($20 and feel durable) and that they can’t even be put in the dishwasher, it’s ridiculous. Now I need to be aware of when a water bottle can’t be top racked… with water bottles for children… children who get dirty…. Would love more time in the day to hand wash water bottles. Will not be buying more of these. Would return if I hadn’t taken them out of the box and wrappers off.
