I tried cherry tart pills for a couple of months without any noticeable effect. Then I tried this, Fairmile Uric Acid Cleanse and after only a couple of weeks I started noticing a difference. I've been using it for over a year now and have dealt with no gout pain in my feet and toes. This stuff works! The only issue is the bottle needs to be refrigerated, which means that I go without on weekends when the wife and I go camping and don't have a way to keep it cool. Still that's a once every few months type situation, so I start right up taking it Monday morning and no issues from missing a couple of days.

This product really has helped get my uric acid levels that have always been between 7-9PH and now I’m down to 4.1PH. I started my first couple weeks using the product as 4 droppers a day then cut it back to 2 droppers a day. Now I just take the droppers after I have any potential trigger meals. Flavor is good enough if you don’t have the tastebuds of a 5 year old and I’m glad I don’t have swallow another pill. Would recommend as I am on my 3rd bottle. Works in great combination with vive turmeric shots.

The first flare up I ever had I thought maybe i broke my big toe or somethign, nope. Eating too much holiday honey baked ham for like a week. Gave this a shot and I'm sooo glad I did. Took about 5 days to clear after starting a bottle. I could swear it started working within hours of the first dose. 2nd flare up I didn't limp around for days thinking i must've done something stupid and instead just ordered this again immediately, cleared in like 2 or 3 days. This stuffs fantastic.I always finish the bottle despite clearing and as far as dosing, since you cant really fill the dropper in a single squeeze, I've always just done 4 squirts under the tongue, figure that's roughly 1 1/4 droppers worth as the instructions state.

This is a good product and was pleased with the results after several bottles so I ordered more to stay ahead as I use it daily but found 2 of the bottles had such sediment that it clogged the dropper and was grainy. I tried researching the company and even called the company (the number is on the bottle) several times but never could reach a live person. I just wanted to get 2 new bottles to replace the ones I could not use. I did get a recording that if I had used Amazon to order this product that I would be refunded yet no person took my information to process a refund. So, while the product works, the method the company has in place to handle any problems is poor. At this time, I have found another product to order and hence, this review. I wish the company would reach out to me to refund my money as this product has a decent cost attached to it.

A place an order for second bottle and this was in my bottle that came up in the dropper in picture number one. I don't know what this is but I like to not get it out of the dropper. Picture number two has got the expiration date and the lot number and picture number three is the name of the product. I will not order this product ever again. I will choose another source. They do not do refunds on this particular item. I would not recommend this product for anyone else.

I like that the product is affordable. Ships fast. The taste is Okay. It works. I used it as soon as I received it and worked within 24hrs of taking it. Helped with the pain in my ankle. Would recommend it if you need relief from pain.

I was very skeptical.Had a flare up, got this and the tart cherry gummy's. Started taking it and my gout went away. I have been taking it every day as a preventative measure. No sign or even a twinge of gout since taking both. I was feeling achey in all my other joints but did not associate that with the gout flare up at the time. That went away too. It seems to actually work.I just bought another bottle.
