I was very skeptical that this would even work on my head. To my surprise, this thing is great. Every time I used an electric razor it burned the hell out of my skin. This does not and it does a great job. I use it on my head and face and does a great job. I can get 5 shaved out of it until it needs to be recharged. It’s not as tight of shave as a razor but I only shave my head and face once a week. Even if I have to do it twice a week, it’s still saving me money on razors. A+

I ordered this shaver for my son and it has been amazing! It is easy to use, delivers a close shave and is easy to clean. He has never complained about razor burn. This is so much easier to use than the stick razors. I highly recommend this shaver and wish I had gotten it for him sooner!

This works well if you keep you hair short. Cuts best on very short hair with regular use as the razor heads fill up quick. This charges with a USB cord so make sure you have a power socket block which can plug into wall receptacle.

1 * for amazon and 1* for Wyklaus.When item failed after only 3 months of light use, Amazon's return procedure was well-hidden. Since there was a one year manufacturer warranty, I contacted the manufacturer for warranty service, telling them i purchased it from amazon. They asked me to send a video of the failure. And they asked me to send the amazon order number. I did both. They replied politely that since it was an amazon order i would have to contact amazon. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place!?Next i prevailed in discovering how to contact amazon for warranty service. The amazon customer service said that i could return the shaver for another or for a refund. But since i had an Asurion warranty extension, i thought it best to opt for a refund UNLESS amazon could also refund the asurion warranty fee. She seemed to want to issue a refund. I asked her 3 times to refund the purchase ONLY if she could also refund the asurion warranty. She put me on hold and told me she processed a refund of the shaver. I would have to go to asurion for the warranty refund. Too late to retract the refund and get the warranty honored. Maddening!Failure was that after the first washing of the cutter per mfr. instructions, the shaver stopped every time i applied it to my head. Before that, i noticed that it was only the center cutting chamber which was full of hair at each cleaning while the other chambers were virtually empty.....7 heads and one the center was doing any significant amount of cutting.

Bought this for my boyfriend when a similar one from a previous brand finally died. He loves it. The large size makes shaving his head quick and he loves all the attachments. He also loves the battery life display. Great purchase overall.

I am a longtime Andis ProFoil user for shaving my bald head. I find the Andis effective, but somewhat tedious because of the straight edge. The idea of 7(!) flexible heads to better handle the contours was what tempted me to try this. Maybe this is a suitable product for some if their expectation is that it won’t get particularly close, but it will be comfortable and remove longer stubble. I was looking for more than that. I wanted to love this new razor, but it just doesn’t get close enough at all for me to feel like the shave is done. After shaving each of the first three times I used this I finished off with my old Andis, which pretty much defeats the purpose of this purchase. I then purchased a couple different shave oils, hoping maybe another substance might help get it closer. Didn’t. I didn’t want to put a horrible rating on here because it works okay, just not great. If you expect post shave to be able to run your hand against your head and feel no hair, I would pass on this razor. If you don’t expect an electric head razor to get that close, then you may be satisfied with this. It feels like a good quality product, that unfortunately just doesn’t work particularly well.
