Q: I have high arches and need metatarsal support. Will these take the pressure off the ball of my foot?

They have a lot of arch support. I have flat feet and they haven't collapsed on me which is big for a shoe insert. They are thinner and softer by the toes they have a squishy center then the sides are harder plastic the forces the shape of the foot. So long story short I am not a Dr so I don't know if they would be ideal for you or not but they are very high quality inserts.

Q: Will these work with flats?

They can,, yet be sure to take our the inner liner that is there. May not work with both in the shoe.

I wear 7 1/2 and bought size 8. Works great. My feet are flat also and took a few days to get used to them, but are great now
