Had these before, just an upgrade. Step by step instructions to set up were straight forward. Nice gadget.

On paper it's a good spec box..... However it keeps going out of synch and glitching constantly making everything unwatchable. On top of this I have been waiting for updates to sort the issues and there hasn't been one. Save your money and don't touch this, it's unusable!

The remote is not very good and you have to constantly switch mode to get to all fields on the screen.Hulu app seems to not be available for this unit.Buying this item is not my best transaction and now I use my old android box and this only accumulates dust.

The TV box has been used for a week. To sum up, the device is Android, I can install the APK myself, such as Twitch TV. The box pre-installed YouTube and Netflix. When I first connected to the wireless network, YouTube and Netflix showed that it could not connect to the Internet. After I restarted the TV Box, it returned to normal. The built-in Chrome browser is not very convenient to operate with the remote control. RK 3566 is Rockchip's quad-core processor, It is similar to some Qualcomm Snapdragon 2 series processors, not enough capability to run some large games.

Good function, can download alot Android app, built in YouTube and Netflix, picture quality was brilliant, easy to use, would recommend to friends and family.
