In theory, this application should work. It usually doesn’t. The ball sticks, tugs on the skin, product is difficult to get out. I ended up rolling it on my palm until I got a sufficient amount and applying with a finger. Once applied it has a sticky consistency. I will not be purchasing again.

Not what I hoped for
This is supposed to roll on under the eye. I cannot get it to do that. The ball does not move, but seems to stick to the skin. I can get some product out by dabbing the tube, but then it just feels sticky. Really hoped for better results.
