This stuff is best.... hands down. Well worth it. Lasts me quite a while also. I sleep very well, and have zero "hangover" the next day.

My doctor recommended Valerian Root to help me stay asleep at night. I have tried lots of brands of supplements and this brand is the most potent and effective. I love that they are capsules, not pressed tablets. And I see a big difference with them. Valerian root is a gentle sleep aid. I get sleepy, not drugged. While I still wake up at night sometimes, I can easily get back to sleep. And it doesn't give me crazy, disturbing dreams I can't wake from, like other sleep aids I've tried. I use it at night in combination with Ashwaghanda for stress and Magnesium to relax.

I cannot believe the difference when I opened my first bottle of a wild harvest product. The natural smell and the purity of their products is amazing! It works better than what I'm taking now, but what I'm taking now is non-addictive, meaning that it won't stop working after some time and it won't have the side effect of me not being able to sleep if i stop taking it. I still like having this on hand if I MUST get a good night's sleep for the next day, but for daily use I am using L-Theanine.

I like that these are organic & that they're in a glass bottle instead of plastic. The price is not horrible, & they work!

Rock-a-bye, Baby! These little capsules will help lull you to sleep even when anxiety holds supreme in your head. Deep breathing helps, too, but hey, if you're an insomniac you know all the tricks... here's a tip to help those tricks work.... take two... after your anxiety times relax, take one.... I take one or two Valerian root capsules. That's an hour before bed... when it's about 10 minutes away from hitting the sack we have some Melatonin to help us along. As for the dosage of Valerian Root... I've never been able to figure out if there's a difference in the different dosages... I use the one here on Amazon and I trust the company for purity. It smells a bit like Parmesan cheese or dirty socks, you pick how you want to think about it. We choose cheese! So, there you have it... Night! Night! I just looked into purchasing again. I find that my Invoice says I bought and paid for 180 capsules. I look at my bottle and it is only 90. I do hope that this isn't the case. I hate to think I paid for 180 and got 90... I'm trying to find the 90 count. The product gets the high marks, the seller may be in for some bad mouthing if I figure out I'm paying for the higher number and getting the lower one. Grrrr.

I’ve tried several brands and this one is the best so far. Works great. I lost my daughter recently and this got me through it. I’m holistic so anything unnatural is out of the question for me. This is a life saver.
