I have a life-sized cardboard cut out of roy rogers that i would like to seal and put up on my barn. Would mod podge outdoor be good for this or?
Can I brush this onto fabric to make kitchen shelf liners & wipe with damp sponge to clean? Do I need polycrylic spray too? Would MP Hard Coat better?
