Good set of cables
Needed to replace the cable for my front deraileur, and these cables did the job.

It's a shift cable, what more do you need
Just poke it through, lock it down with the pinch bolt, cut the end, and use the crimp-on cover that comes with the cable to prevent painful fraying. Honestly, what more do you need. It just works and it doesn't break the bank.

Used this for a replacement brake cable for a Diamondback Andean 2017 model bike.
Though these are designed for a derailleur shift cable, these are the correct size and end piece for the Shimano brake lever I have for my Diamondback Andean. I am using the TRP Spyre SLC Mechanical Flat Mount Disc Brake Caliper Black found here on Amazon which I recently replaced along with one of these cables. There were two packs in the package received with both the same size cable.

Good price for 2 cables Diamondback Sorrento
Cables seem a bit thicker than original, who knows? Maybe just cleaner, but they work. These are going on a 1994 Diamondback Sorrento which still had its original cables.
