I bought nettles for my allergies and post-nasal drip. It's helping with both quite well! I'm sure with continued use it will go away completely. For the 1st time in my life I can breathe out of both nostrils whereas before one gland in the nostril would be very swollen. Pretty tough when it comes to working out. An added bonus: I no longer have itchy scalp anymore! I knew something was up when I scratched my scalp during the 1st week of taking this and my scalp didn't feel so inflamed. Now I barely scratch and not so much pressure when scratching. Only bad thing is I can't take it everyday like I want to; I get a headache so I take it every-other-day now. I will never be without my nettles!

This is a miracle herb as there are many in this world but this one in particular is special for people who are suffering from too many androgens or estrogens. This is basically an excess amount of male or female hormone in a person of the opposite sex, which cause the person to develop traits of the opposite sex. This could be anything from developing a deep voice for females, to males developing man breasts. I do not personally have any symptoms but I would rather take it than not. If it does that much for your hormones then who knows what else it could do for you. Not only that but the main cause of these symptoms is eating too much and having high insulin resistance. Seeing as I cannot take out sugars and carbs from my life completely. Overall it just gives me a piece of mind knowing I’m healthy because most don’t even notice they are, until they’re not!
