I make my dog's food from scratch and try to provide them with the most holistic ingredients possible to prolong their lives and health. I sprinkle this on their food, each meal and they love it! I was initially worried they may not like the taste but even my pickier dog likes it. Of course I have no proof of how much it has worked to support their immune systems, however, my boy has a chemodectoma (mass on his heart), And I use this along with several other herbal supplements and CBD oil daily. After a year, his mass has not grown. barely at all. Because of this I won't change a thing I'm doing.

I add this to my morning coffee every morning and feel great after drinking, I add another red mushroom powder as well for an extra kick. This will be a staple for me going forward. It took about 3 days for me to confirm it was addition of this powder because listening to my body is a must. I am a breast cancer survivor stage 3. No jitters just clarity and calmness and I’m ready to do my daily duties.

This was my first foray into mushroom powders as a supplement. I'd be hard pressed to explain exactly why I decided to add it to the mix of things I take, but I do like it and I'll probably order it again. Nice earthy, savory, mushroomy flavor, which is certainly an improvement over the taste of most supplements. I could almost see using this as a seasoning. Highly recommended.

I don’t know how well this product works since I just received it, but there are no directions on how much to use besides saying serving size is 2g. So I contacted the seller asking how much to use, and the seller said 1 teaspoon. I googled this for drug calculations and found out 2 g equals 1/3 of a teaspoon. So the seller doesn’t even know the right dosage and gave me three times the dose!

I was getting the flu every season and didn't want the flu shot. I wanted something natural. I started taking this every year during cold and flu season and I haven't had a cold or the flu in the last 4 years!!! I take twice a day when I feel run down.
