turned out dry
i've bought this product several years back and it worked great but this time around the pens were dry and completely useless. i asked for a replacement and that had the same problem. looks like the stock is from several years ago and has all dried out

Glass marker pens are dry, not usable if possible can you replace with the new pens please
The media could not be loaded. Pens are dry not usable, they are no use , if cannot take back, and replace with newly manufactured pens, my money will be a los for me, i think these two sets of marker pens manufactured long back so they are dry

Why these are not available seperately?
There are 2 issues with this product -A. Refill ink is not available. You have to use and throw.B. You have to buy all 4 in one go only. You cannot buy different colours seperately. Like in our office Blue and Red are consumed much but I have to buy all 4 even if I donot need black and green.

Ink Is Not Working
Pen Is Dry and Its Not Working On Glass surface.. Manufacturer in Aug 2023 and I Purchased On July 2024 .. Very Bad Product For Glass Surface.. But Amazon Return Policy Is Very Good . They Gave Me Instant Refund .. and i Return That product to Amazon
