I wasn't expecting much for the price (I'm always willing to go the cheap route once), but this is actually a decent kit! Everything fit pretty well, and the stainless accelerator pump seems like a better solution than another plastic pump. The only issue was that the secondary venturi gaskets seem slightly oversized as far as the outer dimension, but that's easy enough to fix with an Xacto knife. It wasn't enough of an issue for me so I just tightened them down as-is and they worked fine. Got my C-10 back on the road and running great, with no gasket leaks to speak of. In case anyone is wondering, my original issue was that the accelerator pump didn't seem to be working on my 1411 (750cfm), but I figured I'd just go through the whole carb since it was already on the truck when I got it. I'm glad I did, because it's working even better than before!

This kit is as good or, maybe better since the accelerator plunger shaft is stainless steel instead of plastic, than the Edelbrock branded kits that cost 4 times as much. I' rebuilt my carb with the edelbrock kit a couple years ago and then it sat and got nasty and I hadd to take it apart and clean it and replace the gaskets and the accelerator pump.So I bought this kit this timecuz I was tired of spending $50 for the Edelbrock kit and it has worked out well.Needless to say, with these "for Edelbrock kits" available, I'll never purchase the overpriced Edelbrock kits again.

I would purchase a different kit!! The accelerator pump is to small and would not pump fuel and my boat was stalling out also some gaskets do need trimming but that's not as big of an issue as the pump not working correctly!!!!

The price is good on this kit, but the threads on the needle seats are not the same as the original. This is the complaint by many I have seen. A couple gaskets needed modification, and the choke cover gasket just doesn't fit. Got new gaskets in the carburetor though that were essential. The supplier or manufacturer need to get these problems figured out.

It works great but I have 2 complaints 1 the hole on the Excelerator Pump is not big enough so you have to drill it bigger and you also have to ground the top round so it clears the s link and my second complaint is that the needles that sit on top of the floats the housing that they sit in usually has some metal mesh at the end to filter out bigger things but the kit does not come with that mesh but in the end the kit works perfectly

I would say you get what you pay for. The accelerator pump has to be drilled out to fit linkage which is no big deal..as well most gaskets are not perfectly cut needing trimmed to fit properly. I used a combination of old and new parts and got good results for the cheap 25 $ rebuild. In future I personally would buy a genuine edelbrock kit.

Venturi cluster gaskets were cut poorly and not the correct shape. OD of the accelerator pump was too small. There were a few usable gaskets and I trimmed some gaskets to make them work as I was stuck. I reused my accelerator pump. Hopefully the needle and seats are good because i was forced to use them as my were done. If it wasn't a Saturday and I was in a jam it would have been returned.

I was a good kit the accelerator pump is brass good quality gaskets were all goodThe only complaint I have is there was no instructions for a pro there would be no problem otherwise have a lot of research to do but I would buy it again

The needle seats were wrong thread and accelerator pump too large for pump well.Using the carb kit on Carter AFB 600 CFM which was on the listing.
