Best oil-free Eye Makeup Remover!!
This product is the absolute best for removing eye makeup! It is truly oil-free. I've had some eye stye issues over the last year and my doctor agrees with my assessment that I most likely clogged some pores using a greasy cold cream for way too many years to remove makeup. When I told my doctor about finding, using Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover, he smiled and said that this is the product that his office recommends! Outstanding!!!! Great Product!

Off with the eye make up with ease :)
My daughter has to wear heavy eye make up coz' of dance and this was one product that did help in taking the eye make up off with ease. She didn't have to struggle with it and it cleans really well.

Good Value, But Not Strong Enough for Waterproof Mascara
This eye makeup remover is oil-based and caught my attention because of the many great reviews and affordable price. It works well for removing regular mascara, but when it comes to very waterproof Japanese or Korean mascaras, the performance is quite average. I need to use cotton pads and cotton swabs two to three times to fully remove everything. Overall, it’s okay, but I think I’ll stick to Japanese or Korean eye makeup removers for better results.
