Buy Cobalt or Northfin..this stuff is not quality!
This food does not have the best 3 ingredients. Honestly tried it over the "hype" about it. My Cichlids love it so far however I believe Cobalt or Northfin makes the best veggie food for Cichlids. I gave it 3 stars cause it arrived sooner than it was expected but I don't think I would buy this again. "Too many meal Ingredients" NEEDS more Spirulina as well. 4% is WEAk!!

I am feeding this to a tropheus colony and the fish eagerly scarf it. I feed them a variety of spurulina or vegetable flakes/pellets besides this, which they also eagerly scarf.

The fish consume it as fast as it falls into the water. No complaints. Very happy with this food.

Great food. African cichlids love it and it helps reduce bloat they sometimes get from food containing protein. Will always use this brand.

Fish didn't like. They would spit it out. They're not very picky so kinda surprised. also no returns .
