Great no added sodium seasoning
If you are trying to cut back on salt but need more flavor get this seasoning. You get the flavor of an everything bagel on a plain bagel with cream cheese without increasing your salt intake. Win, win! I also put it on my avocado toast with a bit of cholula, you will not miss the salt!

Salt free is what my dr ordered
I suddenly found myself suffering from heart failure and stuck on a low sodium diet. I saw this and thought I need to try it. I find I need to add more of this than the one with salt in it. It does have the basic flavors. Without salt it seems a bit bland.

Sprinkle on everything!
In my quest to use salt free or lower sodium, I tried these and love them on everything! They are flavorful with the onion and garlic, and crunchy from poppy seeds and sesame seeds. I sprinkle on egg salad or salmon, pasta dishes, cooked veggies and chicken, beans etc. I have reordered a few times now. Highly recommend!
