Excellent
Well built steady and looks more expensive than it was!

A good sturdy and value for money product
This is well made and very sturdy. If I wanted to find fault It would be that the length of the seat was Comfortable for 2 but a squash for 3 and a bit hard. I put a second cushion on because of This and the bar on the front. Putting it together can be complicated. I would recommend that 2 people put it up. All in all this is definitely good value for money. I can not recommend NITTA direct highly enough. I had a fast delivery but unfortunate the canopy was not in good condition. Without any quibble at all they immediately sent out another one. Thank you NTTA direct. Excellent service and after service.

Garden swing
This is my second garden swing and this was a lot cheaper than my first ! Because it was a damaged box but the product inside was absolutely fine .Easy to build and looks great

Horribly uncomfortable
This was the most disappointing buy. It’s SO uncomfortable. The angle of the seat means you can’t relax into it, it tilts you forward. We’ve had a swing Chair before which was a third of the price of this one and was extremely comfortable. This one is also cheap shoddy materials. Total waste of money. I’m sad to say we’ll throw it away....

Not as robust as I would expect
The overall quality is not bad for the money I am not convinced it is as strong as it could be! the cross bar overhead is not a great piece of design and seems a week point, so far it has distorted but not given way. This may be normal and expected but on my opinion shouldn't be distorting! As I said a reasonable item for the money and easy to assemble.
