We have hard water. I put one of these in only one of the toilets just to see how well this product works. After 30 days, the toilet with the gel cleaner is still clean with no extra effort in keeping it clean. The scent didn't last that long, but I would rather have a cleaner toilet. I will definitely buy this again. I highly recommend it!!!

The scent is amazing, it is easy to use. I like the packaging. That being said it does not last long. Granted we are 2 adults and have 2 grandkids that are with us a lot so maybe thats why. I would say maybe it would last longer with less people.
