I received this eye balm like 3 days ago. I opened it recently and I saw it like if it was old or stored in a freezer. I thought maybe it's just the first layer... i will give it a try. I used 3x and it still feels crystallized (like frozen). I went to ulta, even though i ordered online just so i dont go out, and the product it's supposed to be more creamy than what I received it. I gave it a try cause it was my first time using this product but I will be returning it. I can't even using it because it hurts when I apply it under my eyes.I hope it was a storage problem.

Although it was dry and caked at first after several attempts I was able to get to a consistency that was good for my under eyes. It definitely brightens the under eye area.

This is the first review I have ever left. I was so excited to receive this and try it out. Unfortunately, upon first inspection it appeared to be dried out. I tried it out, and it was as gritty as an exfoliant. Now my skin won’t stop burning and it was applied 3 hours ago. Bummer.

This is seriously the best under product I have ever used. I have had very dark circles under my eyes for as along as I can remember and this is the only product I have tried that has actually worked. Not only does it work but it works immediately! Very impressed with this product and I will definitely be buying it again!

Was not creamy, it was dried out.....not what I expected of course...

I purchased this product as an alternative to the more expensive Tula brand product, & it seems like a great dupe! The scent is very subtle and pretty, smells like a rose. As you can tell from one of my product pictures, it goes on very sheer and smooth, & it definitely feels moisturizing upon contact! The slight shimmer is a nice bonus :)

I love this eye balm. I have to small kids and run on not a lot of sleep, haha. So I use this under my eyes and it is cooling and feels great. It moisturizes and has a little shimmer to it which brightens the eye area. I have even gotten my mum using this.
