This is a fantastic cooling insulin travel container. Living in the desert southwest I need to keep my insulin cool while traveling. Even after 24 hours the blue ice stays cool in this insulated container. The container is lightweight and quite durable. I am definitely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend this container. The included thermometer is a plus as I can be assured the insulin remains a safe temperature. I never had to use insulin before my kidney transplant and now I can travel with the knowledge my insulin pens are kept in proper temperature range.

Perfect for travel of medical supplies. They need to stay cool and this worked great also did not need to worry about breaking!

I used this case to hold meds that needed to be kept cold. Since I heard of full day of travel, I hoped this would work.The case is sturdy and it came with a slim ice pack that fit into the top of the case. The idea is good! I'm just not sure how long the ice pack stays frozen and keeps meds cold. My best guess would be 4 to 6 hours. Fortunately, my meds can last up to 36 hours without refrigeration.

My wife had me purchase this for her and she loved it. It is compact, durable, sturdy, and can hold 2 pens with needles. it did its job satisfactorily. She liked it as she could easily fit it into her purse. Unfortunately, the durability of the gel pack is an issue. The gel oozed out after a while and finding a replacement pack has been a bear.Otherwise, it is a good pack. If there are replacement gel packs available, it would resolve a lot of challenges.

I use this for prefilled syringes of weekly meds. I keep them in the fridge & this ensures they don't get bumped around. The included ice pack is a huge bonus!

Good protection for diabetic syringe while traveling but cooler didn’t last as expected. From -4° freezer, after nine hours of travel the ice pack was no longer cool to the touch. But I bought this mainly to protect the self injector from breakage, and that it did well.
