HIDIZS S1 USB C DAC Cable Converter - Portable Headphone Amplifier Type C to 3.5mm Earphone Amp for MacOSX/Android / Windows10

I love my Hi-Fi and just bought Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 last Christmas before I moved to the Pro30 in Feb so couldn't use them. I tried the in box USB-C ones but they are absolute rubbish, they never stayed in, were uncomfortable for long periods and the call quality was poor. When they stayed in they were ok on Spotify.I ordered this DAC Sat arrived Sun and I played Ed' Photograph on the Huawei bundled one then used this and the Sennhesier. No change in volume but so much louder. As I listened more, bass was full and overall there was much better soundstaging now. Over this week I've noticed much more detail coming through, timing is better and I no longer have to go over the safe sound level warning on my phone to listen to music. Call quality both ends is much much better as well.If you have a USB for your headphones now, you really should invest in these.

Don't expect it to boost the volume (unless what you were using before was really bad); if that's what you're looking for you need an external dac with its own power source (like the Oppo), though of course these will be much larger.But if you've moved from a phone with a jack to one with only USB-C, want to keep using your earphones without loss of quality or volume, even for hi-def FLAC files, then these do the job perfectly.

Im using 1More Triple Driver Over Ear with my Note 9 and this cable does nothing to improve anything not even getting higher volume. Switching to another pair Linklike Quad earbuds same thing happen. Dissapointed. Idk if the S3 have any difference. But S1 does nothing except acting as typical Usb C to audio jack.

The casing broke off within the first day. Audio cackles and clicks with really loud random static. Really terrible purchase.
