I have used this x3 so far and I’m still so impressed with the quality. I use it for my deep conditioning/protein treatments. After I apply the products I’m using I heat the cap up and just wear it for 10-15 mins and it definitely steams my hair. Be careful because it does get hot! I did a YouTube video on how to use it. This thermal cap is perfect! It works exactly the way the description describes. I love how it stays warm for a full 20 minutes, and probably would be longer if you warmed it up a bit longer in the microwave. I'd definitely recommend this product to all my natural curly hair women!

Its comfortable to use. Flax seeds smells when its heated. Not an unpleasant smell. Heat is manageable no discomfort using it heated

This fits my head perfectly and comfortably, so that I can do a dirty deep condition prior to washday once a week or so. I chose it because of the price point, but it's just as good as more expensive ones I have used in the past.

Wish it held the heat longer, so hot oil treatment will be hot

I’ve been happily using this product for over a year and today I placed it in the microwave and it burned right through so I don’t know if this product has only a one year time limit but that’s how long it has lasted me I was very content with it until it got melted through the microwave

The one time I used it, it was great. When I heated it in the microwave as instructed the second time, it caught on fire and melted. All of the seeds came out. So frustrating! DON'T PURCHASE THIS - now I can see that other reviewers had the same issue!
