I came across this item as my toner was running out. Printer ink/toners are usually very expensive. But this item made it more affordable for me. The color was similar, if not very close to the original, and the packaging was perfect. I had my printer in a business premise, so it was printing over hundreds, if not thousands, per change.The only flaw that I found with this toner is that the printer that I used this for was not recognizing it as genuine. So the printer setting was inaccessible. But I had previously finished all the settings, and there was nothing to be changed, but the toner itself.

I bought this thinking it was a good value however upon installation, the Canon ImageClass printer (noted as compatible) immediately gave an error message. The Cyan cartridge, at the time of installation, showed less than 25% capacity left before printing a single page. It has been downhill from there. Thinking it was just the printer being finicky, I have continued to try and use them over the past couple of months (infrequent print needs) but color images which include any form of Cyan is faded and appears to affect even black-and-white print jobs.Now I'm left with cartridges which do not appear to be compatible, beyond the return window (my own fault) and in need of purchasing OEM to get my printer back online.

Installed these in MF624Cw printer. The printer immediately reported a non-canon cartridge and I quite often have to acknowledge this error to continue printing. It's kind of a pain in the butt, especially when the printer is in another room and we have to continually walk back and forth to acknowledge the error before it will start printing.

They issued straight to my original payment and were fast in response. Thank you.This was rated as compatible for my Canon MF8280 and it is not. I ordered it and just went to replace (I should have immediately checked but since it was stated as compatible I set it aside until I needed to replace). It is about 1/2 inch too short as there is a thicker piece on the bottom of my previous cartridge. Of course, the window of return closed 6 days ago so I’m stuck with 4 useless cartridges.

Just put them in, and immediately Magenta color has error, and I cannot print anymore.Revised Review: After seeing the reviewer, the seller contacted me and asked for the shipping address of a replacement. For their support, I changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
