This is my second hose real. First one would not retract and could find no way to tension the spring. Finally got it replaced and the second one... the nozel came apart first days and would not fit back on tightly and the plastic nut that connects to the faucet leaked so bad. When I “hand tightened” it up the nut actually cracked. I can’t find replacement connections anywhere for it as it’s not standard size. I have only received one reply to an issue and that was when I ask if it could be retentioned and how and they replied “yes” see book. Well there’s nothing in the book on it.Don’t buy unless you want a major headach. Add about 1/3 more and get a real one that can be retentioned and has a little better or atleast standard fittings.

Great little retractable hose except it broke in 2 places within 4 months... Would have preferred a more heavy duty constructed hose.
