After a lengthy search and an unsatisfactory purchase that I ended up returning, I finally found the perfect table for my 3-year-old twins from Melissa & Doug. Wonderful little table and chairs set. Very sturdy and easy to put together. Definately recommend for the little ones.The chairs will support an average adult. Made of solid wood. My great granddaughter is 2 years old. But children up to 7 or 8 years old could use this for a craft/work table.

My 3 1/2 yr old son loves this table and chairs set. Easy to assemble and I love the dovetail like connections inside the table 4 corners. Makes the table very strong and does not wiggle. Good enough surface area for eating and doing his art and playing with his play doh and toys. The natural wood color is beautiful. The chair bakc is tall and just bllevel with his neck so he has good back support. Only 1 issue I had and that was installing the chair seat to chair back. Just 1 screw bolt didn't align with 1 pre drilled hole so I had to chip away a little wood to allow the screw head to fit inside and level with the wood. I wish he had this when he was 1 1/2 yrs old. I am glad no screw driver was included. I have just too many and every household should have a few anyway!!!

I bought this for my twin grandchildren who just turned two. They love their table and chairs. These are solid wood and is very sturdy. It is the perfect size for them, but they still have room to grow with it as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the brand! Product appears to be made of solid material and super easy to put together. However, table top space was so much smaller than expected. Wish there was another size option for 3-4 children to have a little more room when playing and sitting together.

Sturdy but still light weight. Easy to clean and comfortable enough for sitting awhile despite the lack of cushions. Love it, worth every penny. Perfect for my little ones.
