I got this for my 12 year old because he is a side sleeper and he's really boney so it's uncomfortable for him to have his boney knees resting against each other. He's also had two hip surgeries and regularly wakes up in the night needing to stretch out his legs and hips due to pain. I was worried it wouldn't work for him because of his size but it's actually a good fit, not too big or too small. It's been about a week and he has slept through the night every night since we got it. He said it's really comfortable and he doesn't seem so stiff and sore in the morning. He does run warm and I think it adds some heat because he wakes up a bit sweaty, next time I'd get the cooling version. The quality seems great, but we'll see how it holds up to a wash. Overall I would highly recommend simply because he's sleeping through the night for the first time in years!

Had some terrible hip pain and decided to try using a pillow between my knees. It was a normal one, way too large so anytime I needed to move at night I had to wake enough to readjust. My next one was a body pillow on both sides that was absolutely wonderful -- I didn't have to wake up when turning over to adjust the blankets because there was a pillow on both sides.But eventually I missed all that space in my bed and dumped thr big pillow... and back came my hip pain. I wanted to try something smaller this time but didn't expect to get it right on the first try but this little pillow has been great!It feels a bit small in between my knees but it does the job perfectly. When I move around at night I don't really have to wake up to adjust and somehow it manages to stay with me at the same time.I got the cool gel version and I will say it warms up after a while but cools down if I put it out in the open air for a bit. I also recommend a pillow case for it if you aren't wearing long pajama pants.

It’s very small so your top knee is going to be limited to one position; directly on top of the other knee with the pillow in between. I prefer a larger pillow where I can shift my leg to different positions throughout the night. With this, you’re pretty much locked into place.Doesn’t slip out until you turn over. Most pillows will slip out when you turn over, unless you turn with your knees glued together (nobody does that).Pillow feels like decent quality, is firm enough.

This knee pillow gives my back & leg more comfort at sleeping. I was using regular small cushion before, this is a great change for me to sleep with less pain. Just make sure that use in a correct way, the wider head towards your face & the narrow side towards your ankle. This way your knee would be comfortable.

Maybe my body just gets too hot- late 30's so you know how that can go.. But it doesn't hold the cold long enough for me to feel relief in my sleep.. after some time with it..... you can feel that it has absorbed my heat...defeats the purpose.. But it is absolutely cold at first touch

I’ve been experiencing a slight pain in my right hip bone after losing a little bit of weight. I slept on a gel mat, I have an excellent mattress, so I decided to give this a shot. It’s too soon to tell if that’ll make a difference, but I can tell you that the alignment And comfort level is excellent. Never did I think purchasing this would make sleeping so comfortable. It also incorporated in very naturally. I don’t wake up much to use it or not use it. It just fits in easy. I also bought it from my 87-year-old dad who has sciatic right now And he also is enjoying it. Separately bought the covers to go over it and that seems to be working out fine.

Was in pain with laparoscopic hernia surgery sleeping at night. Tried this pillow and was perfect to relieve the strain and sleep pain free. Guess any pillow could work, but this kept its form all night.

I know this is marketed to use between your knees to align your hips but I tried it as a pillow for my head and it’s amazing. My head is cradled by the indentation in the middle. I can sleep on my back or side. It works both ways. It easily fits into my suitcase when I travel. I have a small pillowcase that covers it and makes keeping it clean a breeze. My husband noted that I don’t snore any more since I started using it. That was news to me. I can never go back to a regular pillow.
