I love this maple sugar! Maple sugar is definitely more expensive than cane, for sure-but it’s also way better :). It has a wonderful taste, I love baking with it and using it in my coffee. Completely worth it.

The is a very fine ground version of the sugar, some are more coarse. I was worried because sometimes when they grind it into finer pieces it doesn’t seem to be as tasty or last as long. But my worries were put to rest after using it for a couple weeks. The amount you get for the price is very good and it works wonderfully for my coffee and tea.

I used this as 1 to 1 sugar substitutes in recipes. Helps keep blood sugar regular and we love the taste. Worth the price!

This makes the best maple cotton candy, maple butter, maple pancakes, etc!! I use it in so many things. The maple flavor is perfect! No more maple flavoring in this house when we have the real deal that is 100 times better than the artificial stuff!!

I love the flavor of maple sugar in my coffee and have been making meringue cookies with it ( I use 3/4 c. rather than a cup). The total sugar of this rivals other less tasty reduced calorie sweeteners. A new pantry staple for me!
